The GUNNAR MAT CREATOR GMC software is the state-of-the-art and most advanced, user-friendly operation software for computerized mat cutters CMC on the market, developed by framers for framers. Absolutely optimized for operational usage within the wall décor and picture framing sector. Teamed up with new GUNNAR AiOX or NOVEX cutter, feature-rich GMC will bring almost limitless cutting options into every framing business. Optimized for usage mainly within the composites and advanced technical materials sector. Ability to design and edit 2D cut shapes. The software finally delivers complete DXF files for the CAM and/or cut process. idPRECAM is also integral part of the GUNNAR DigiPen solution package. Easy to learn, easy to use and simple to integrate in existing workflow.

State-of-the-art software solution to create and optimize nested cut markers for the productive cutting environment. Optimized for usage mainly within the composites and advanced technical materials sector. Numerous powerful functions for manual and/or fully automatic laying/nesting to create ideal plans for efficient and waste optimized production flow. idCAMSUITE offers, based on single DXF cut contour files, a great deal of CAM functions like moving, rotating, mirroring, duplicating, modifying of start points within pieces, changing sequence and direction of cutting etc. Also, there are several nesting tools to optimize the layout like global spacing between pieces, spacing around individual pieces etc. The automatic nesting algorithm itself is extremely easy to operate and delivers very efficient nesting results in short calculation times.

Efficient and easy to operate cutter controller software for the GUNNAR TTC119 and AiOX Composites cutter family, offering full functionality for all functions needed within the cutting process. Optimized for operational usage mainly within the composites and advanced technical materials sector. The whole GUNNAR cutting machine is operated and controlled via the idWINGMAN cutter controller interface. Optimized for simple touch screen operation. idWINGMAN works best with DXF cut patterns but is also available to optionally work with HPGL, ISO and other cut file types.
